Making Bird Feeders From Waste Materials

We had a class trip to Global Renewables, where we saw how our waste is recycled.

We found out that juice cartons cannot be recycled because they are a combined material,(cardboard and plastic) this means that they end up as land fill.

 

Class three decided to reuse cartons by making them into bird feeders!
