School complaint procedures
Whilst your child is enrolled at St Anne's, there may be an occasion where you disagree with any actions or decisions that have been made. In the first instance we would always encourage you to approach your child's class teacher or the Headteacher to address your concerns. In the event that this does not resolve the issue, the official school complaints procedures are outlined below.
