On the 14th May 2015, Class 3 and 4 visited The Dewa Experience in Chester. After quite a long (and noisy) bus ride we arrived at the museum. Class 4 went into the museum where we were transported back in time to AD 43. Sue our guide tried to recruit us into the Roman army. In Roman times, the soldiers shared everything! Mealtimes, bedrooms, baths, toilets and even toilet sponges! Yuk!

Gardening
In October, we planted some green beans. They have started to grow so big that we have had to put a stake next to them so that they can grow even taller. They should be ready to harvest in May or June.
Peel, chop, grate, slice, rip, snip - healthy eating snacks!
This week we have been practising our food technology skills. We had to peel, chop, grate, slice, rip or snip different fruit and vegetables. We then used these the things we had cut up to make a healthy eating pitta pocket. Yum yum!
Here are our finished snacks!
